I would 100% recommend Brian and his team at Preferred Lenders!! We had been told by other lenders that we were still 6 months or more away from being able to pursue a mortgage and purchase a home, but Brian took time to carefully review the details of our situation, and after a pre-qualification, gave us the great news that we were able to purchase now. Once we found the house, Brian and his team managed everything. Their communication, availability, and willingness to answer our questions was outstanding. This was as stress-free as getting a mortgage can be and having spent a career in customer service, theirs is second to none!
