I just had the worst experience in this salon! Came in to get gel manicure, showed a picture and asked the guy if he could do it (little glitter detail) he said 'yes'. Then when he couldn't do it and i pointed out a mistake that he made, he started yelling a me!!! Started accusing me of not wanting to pay which is such an insult and then started talking angrily in a foreign language. I never experienced a customer service like that, I asked him to remove the manicure and left. If he at least apologized for not being able to do what he initially said he could we could have work around it, and i would have settled for something else, but the disrespect that i was faced with and total lack of customer service will never bring me back to that salon and i would advice you not to go there either
