Your not welcome

I have a family member at this facility. The staff is not friendly, and you never feel welcome. Its especially difficult if there are any problems or complaints. No one listens, as if they just don't care. I give it 3 stars because the place is clean, and nice looking. They follow all the state rules. Its just not a very comfortable place to be.

I live out of state and found it is very difficult to contact my family member who stays at this location. Even friends get hassled when they want to visit.
