This company provides much needed medical supplies and is the only contractor for Medicare for durable medical equipment in the Worcester, MA area which is probably why the owner/manager of the business doesn't care about staffing or customer service - all of which are horrendous. Every web site where they are reviewed, people wish they could give less than 1 star.
