It is ran by erin and neil thompson out of Cherryville, NC and they both are fully aware that they are taking peoples money and not giving the products that were paid for. they block people from getting in contact with them. Neil is a masonry and is scamming all these people?! Hes going to hell for sure!! Karma will get them both soon

Provided by YPmobileIt's been 6 weeks since I ordered from them with no item in sight. No response when I try to contact them. Their Facebook disables any negative comments. How they are in business is beyond me.

Provided by YP.comYes I had two order numbers, 5298895, 5295548, well the one for Natalie Brooke Hix came in on the 24th., oh well at least it came in. The order I placed first for Temple Olivia McDaniel never has come in. Please issue a credit back to my card asap. I ordered these in good faith, that the grand daughters. These two are sisters. I never thought that even by shipping on the 16th it would ever have taken so long for us to get the one. I am from SC, and have lots (most of my relatives there) I ship not only Christmas gifts to them, but also birthday gifts, and it never has taken them a week to receive anything. I also have a sister in law in Hickory NC, she said the same thing. However, you never even sent the one shirt, so it really made it bad when just her sisiter's came in. I had shown them the shirts on your FB site. I even ordered Temple's first, as I didn't know if Natalie thought she was too big for hers. She saw a picture of the one I ordered Temple and said she really wanted one, she was going to were it to her Christmas party at school. Well of course we didn't get it in time, for any school or Church event, but she did want to wear it Christmas Eve day, (the day it came in). Well that didn't go well, since her sister who is 4 (almost) never received hers!! I really don't know why they wouldn't have shipped together, oh well--that part is water under the bridge`But I need my account refunded as I paid you in "Good Faith" to provide a service, and deliver, which didn't happen with Temples shirt!! I will check with my bank next Monday, to see if the credit has been made before I dispute the charges. If you could have responded to any of the 26 email's I sent you asking when these would deliver, etc, we could have prevented this little girls heart from crying first thing on Christmas Eve day, I could have gone and bought her something to take the place. You ignored every effect I made to see what was going on with these orders. (not to mention went and got an alternative shirt for Natalie's Christmas program.) I worked in Customer Service for 22 years, and still do part time work in Customer Service, I will say, this was the worst I have ever seen. When your customer asks you to respond, wither by email or call them, then that is exactly what you should do!!! You should place your self in the customers shoes. Again, this is all too late to sad now, but Again, I insist that my account be credited within one week of today, or I will continue to more measures. I would like to get reimbursed for my $19.74 which yes includes what I paid for shipping (for something that never shipped) so that I can put this bad experience behind me, and move on for the new Year!!

They won't answer emails and have taken down there facebook Account due to everyone wanting refunds!!! Number on yp doesn't work cause they have shut it off so they won't have to reply to customers they have already taken money from and haven't Received their Items!!!!

Provided by YP.comThis place is a joke. Do not order from this company. Ordered an item for Christmas and almost one month later, I still don't have it. Poor customer service and when I dialed their posted number, it announced it was a "Majic Jack" system and couldn't take the call. I called my credit card company and asked them to watch my account. They suggested filing a claim against the transaction and have it investigated for fraud. I finally received a email from them and it stated the item had been shipped. That was 6 days ago. You will see similar comments on their Facebook page.

Provided by YPmobileI ordered two matching shirts for my daughters in September. They finally arrived November 22 (2 months later!) and did not match! I left a FB post on their wall (messages were disabled) and sent an email. A month later, still no response. Even worse, today they posted on their FB page berating all the customers complaining about orders left unfulfilled months after they were ordered. When there was a barrage of customer complaints, they deleted all negative comments and started blocking customers from commenting! People only asking where their stuff is. Their phone is disconnected, they don't answer email, they no longer accept PayPal or offer shipment tracking or verification of order or shipment. Be very wary!
