Consumer be warned. I rented a house in which was already using A&B propane for their gas so I had to transfer the account to my name. Not only did they publicly shame my credit around the office and speak about it outloud in front of other customers, they did not have the correct information. They had that I had two unpaid judgements. I provided proof that I had cosigned for someone else and that's how the judgements appeared, however, they were paid as proven by ALL THREE credit bureaus and the credit report I had on hand. We were able to work out an agreement to keep the tanks in the owner's name but I was responsible for the 2015 rental of the tanks plus the gas. I paid this amount and moved on. However, every time they delivered gas, they refused to bill me - they billed the owner who travels with the military. They had no problem blowing up my phone or sending me cancellation letters though. Some how sending me a simple bill ( with the owner even calling in an asking them to do so) was more work than calling me for payment and sending a cancellation letter. If you can send me a cancellation letter contacting account information, you can surely send me a bill. This past time that I called to pay the bill I was told that there was a balance for renting the tanks for the year that was unpaid. As usual I let them know I did not receive any bill and did not know. I offered to pay the normal $56 fee for them coming out and I would call back to pay the $80 tank rental but nope, they wanted it all at one time. So I called to make this payment on a Tuesday at 240pm. They never told me someone was in route to get the tanks. The person not only entered my fenced in property in which I had already called twice to advise we had a fence with dogs and I needed to know in advance when they were coming, but they also let my dogs out AGAIN. I was able to cook lunch at 3pm so the tanks were still there at that time, after I paid the bill. When I got home at 7pm, my tanks were gone and the dogs were out. I called A&B about this and due to their manager not being there they could not do anything about it. For a few days this went on and finally I got a call saying they would reimburse partial, not the full payment. When I asked why they said the tanks were for the prior rental year. I said no, I already paid $101 on that in 2015, that's not correct. This company is very unprofessional and does not care about their customers. I did file a complaint with BBB in which they never responded to, though a letter was sent. I will be sharing my opinion of A&B warning every other person of this matter. I am glad we got away from them though. Ferrell Gas is MUCH cheaper, will provide one tank with a meter instead of forcing us to keep two tanks, doesn't charge extra fees for them coming out and offers a free set-up. I support small companies 100% but I am VERY disappointed in this company.

This company has treated my mother who is a senior citizen extremely poorly they wont deliver her already paid for propane and when she attempted to contact someone about the service the VP was even nastier not only where they nasty they raise her rates Its a shame that in this day and age people could still be so horrible to the elders oh and they still have not delivered her propane to date
