My Little Prince loves Basics! It is a great school in which the children are provided a curriculum and time for adventure through organized play. The teachers possess a natural love towards the children and the facility is very clean. This school is a favorite among my family as my son's three cousins also attend this learning center. I most certainly made an approved 'Overly Concerned Mommy' decision. I look forward to him being in Mrs. Lavern's class this upcoming school year! Thus far, I am VERY pleased with Basics!

Basics Primary is an amazing school. They love and take care of my kids as if they were their own. They have gone above and beyond with helping my family and we appreciate them greatly. I am so happy that we found them!

Basics is like home away from home for our son! The summer activities are amazing. The staff made his transition into the school so smooth. All of the teachers are exteremly friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond!!

My son has attended this school for over 3 years and I have NEVER had a complaint. The director, Mrs. Fedy Lovisi, is beyond amazing and cares for the children like her own. I am very pleased with the staff, I feel a sense of ease when I drop my son off because I know Basics Staff will make sure that my son is learning, safe and having a great time as he should :) I trust that as he gets older and continues to attend for after school care that Basics will also continue to assist me in his development . My son attended this school from age 2 through kindergarten. He received an excellent academic and social preparation for public school. He is in the top 2% of Chesapeake Public Schools now and I credit a lot of his achievements to the wonderful early foundation he received at Basics. Susan and James Catlett

I am a proud parent of three beautiful daughters who all attended Basics. I will always be thankful for the wonderful teachers and administrators at Basics. My girls were treated wonderfully, the school itself has gone under some exciting renovations in the past year or so, and they are expecting new playground equipment this summer. I have to give special mention to the kindergarten class taught by Ms. Margaret. All of my girls went to this full day kindergarten and they all started first grade ahead of the curve. Two of my daughters are in advanced class at school and all three love to read. I would and have recommended this school to all of my friends with young children. Being a single parent, I work long hours. Basics primary provides above "basic daycare" to my children. The teachers are wonderful; they not only teach the children, they show care and support to me as well. My children are happy and learning! I know they are in a safe and positive place; this makes my day better!

My daughters love Basics! They take on-site dance lessons and computer classes. I'm glad that their day is fun and they are always smiling when I pick them up!

Basics Primary has been a wonderful and nurturing environment for my son. He was a shy and introverted child and now is outspoken, positive, and friendly. Thanks for all the love and support!

I would like to thank all the teachers and staff at Basics Primary for the great care and loving environment that was shown to my child over the past two years.She was well prepared to enter kindergarten both socially and academically and I owe this to the staff at Basics!!! Great job!

My daughter loves going to school now and they are very nice and accommodating. I can say that I have seen a big difference in her knowledge and behavior since she started attending. I just think that the kids should have 2 choices for lunches and more variety.
