I have visited this place before and was very disappointed. First, I had to go get cash because they didn't take bank cards. All professional businesses now give you the opportunity to use your card, especially when paying a large amount. Heck, you can even use a bank card at the Asian nail salon for a $13 service. I had to go and get cash for an estimated amount. I wasn't even given an exact price after I went into the shop to say what I wanted. I was given a $65-$85 price range. Secondly, I was even offered to get my hair wash. Who goes to the hair salon and don't get a wash and conditioner? Who just starts working on a dirty head. Thirdly, it is bad customer service to talk about other stylist while a customer is in the chair. I did not want to hear my stylist talk to the other stylist beside her about other stylist. Gossip is not cute! It really surprised me because the stylist was very friendly and it was kind of disappointing hearing her telling someone else business. L
