Caysland is an amazing pool company in Hampton Roads area. Leo, the owner is super friendly, gives superior customer service, is affordable and his turnaround is super quick. When others told me I'd have to wait to mid July, Caysland got my new liner installed and we are swimming now in May! Huge thanks to them. I highly recommend them and will for years to come!

We talked to numerous pool companies but decided to go with Leo and Caysland pools. Other companies told us they couldnt give us what we wanted but leo gave us even more. When miss utility did not mark our power cable and it was cut, they payed for the repairs. The pool was finished months ago and he still comes out to help when i need it. Stands behind his product and has replaced any items that have broke. I recommend him to anyone.

Leo recently built our pool last year in the fall of 2014. We never had a problem with him or his crew or even his work. He showed up on time everyday with his crew and cleaned up after they left at the end of the day. All the permits went good and when I needed to contact him for a question at 10pm he would answer! Leo gave us the cheapest price and the best product you can get! Trust me we shopped around for 2 years! I keep the pool open year around and he calls me in the freeze last year to see if I needed anything. No copping and he used bigger bullnose then anyone offered! If anyone wants to see my pool give him a call!

This is a great company and I would highly recommend them! After meeting with 5 other contractors who all told us what we wanted was impossible, we met Leo. He took on the challenge and we ended up with an absolute dream backyard. He can take any idea and make it reality. We were so impressed with the pool, we also had him install a fire pit, a patio, a lighted wall, and redo our driveway. The best part about this company is the customer service. He will personally come to your house and give you a free estimate. Call him and ask to see pictures. You can't go wrong!

I used Leo based on a referral from a friend and couldn't be more unhappy with my business transaction than I am with Leo and his pool company. He talks a good game until he receives your money... He left me off worse than when I contracted with him. Yes, I have a new liner but not sure that's what I actually needed after all. Cosmetically, absolutely as it was faded but I'm still experiencing water levels that continue to drop so I suspect I may have a leak underground and not so much liner issues as he described. Worse, he cut my 12-volt wire to my landscape lighting, buried my perennials in dirt killing plants, my pool light no longer works (could have been coincidence but had no issues until he worked on liner) and cut my concrete deck (apron) trying to level it as it sunk an inch on one side and now it is unleveled in several locations and he chipped the stamped concrete. After complaining to him he's completely stopped responding and I am upwards of $1K or more in repairs due to his negligence and no longer have any recourse with him for any possibly warranty issues. I am working with the BBB to resolve and possible small claims court for reimbursement. Completely unhappy with Leo -beware of his unscrupulous practices.

Totally misprepresnted and willl not even return a polite phone call with $ 41,000 at stake. Could be a great company with with some business skills and alligence to customers. Reallya disapointment.
