I am truly grateful for the level of care administered during Mom’s stay at Chesapeake Health and Rehabilitation Center. The kind and compassionate staff became her lifeline during one of most difficult times in her life…the Nursing (Unit 3) and Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy staffs worked together to celebrate her daily achievements, making it a little easier for her to face the next day’s tasks.

A special “thank you” also goes to your Discharge Staff, for taking the time to talk with us, the family, and help us better understand our options for her future.

i would not put a dog in this pathetic excuse for a nursing facility. filthy rooms, unprofessional uncaring staff, i envision a concentration camp in dachau being more confortable
