Provided by YP.comI have gone to this doctor's office for 20+ years now. I used to love them, but over the past 3 years or so I have noticed a decline in the quality of care I receive there. Let me just say that I have sever degenerative arthritis in all of my joints, the only thing that helps is Celebrex and I have been proscribed to it for 12 years now. Here recently I had to change my insurance. I have now been waiting for two weeks for my refill, two weeks of excruciating pain, because this doctor's sent the proscription to the wrong insurance. When I finally got in touch with my doctor's receptionist she was very rude and said that it was my fault for not updating my insurance, but I had updated it and it was my pharmacy that submitted the forms ( which did have the updated info). When I told her this she just said that she went by what the computer said and did not apologize or seem to care at all. This is not the first problem I have had here, but I will be the last. Like I said this has been going for two whole weeks now. I do not like to smear people but my doctor's name is Dr. Krishnagiri. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Provided by YP.comThis doctor's office is a complete joke. I had gone there for at least 6 years when there was a discrepancy with my account, there was a balance up there of $35, and at this time I got married. When I when up there to change the name of the account and update my insurance info I paid the balance. It was my mistake that I didn't keep the receipt. Next time I went up there they treated me like a criminal, because my account still had a balance of $35, I explain and argued and even showed them where the money had come out of my account. They didn't care, they also didn't care about how sick I was (and I was very sick at the time), they just wanted their money. SO I ounce again paid the balance. A couple years went by and I was going to take an six month trip to japan, so I went up there to get a refill for my inhaler. They refused me because they said my account had a negative balance of $35.I ounce again argued with them over this and explained the situation. I have sever asthma and they refuse to even give me a prescription. I had to go to patient first to get what I needed. What a joke. All they care about is money and the staff there have the worst attitude even when you do not owe them money. You can never speak to anyone over the phone, you have to leave a message, and then they do not always call you back. Plus their accounting department is obviously doing something wrong or they just do not know what they are doing. I will never return and continue to discourage others from wasting their time by going there.
