Provided by YP.comThis is my second dog I have brought to Deep creek Vets. over the past 13 years. I could not be more pleased in their knowledge and friendliness toward my puppy and me. I have never felt rushed or overcharged. Having a new furbaby is expensive , but its a must to provide the best possible care for your furbaby ensuring a long healthy life. I recommend these veterinarians 100 %.

Provided by YP.comWow, what a great place. The staff is always ready to help with whatever you need and they are always so nice. The Drs. are the greatest and they love their work. My dogs and cats love to go there and that means a lot to me because they are afraid to go into the grooming department of Petsmart and I know the groomers there are good. I never leave my animals where they are uncomfortable even if everything appears OK to me about the place. The atmosphere at Deep Creek Veterinary Hospital is tranquil and there is no mad rushing about so I am just as comfortable as my animals. The price is about the same as every where else. What more could anyone ask for?

Provided by YPmobileThe facility is large and clean. The staff is very professional. They offer grooming, which is a bit expensive (I paid a buck a nail for toenail clipping), but I'd rather pay extra to make someone else the bad guy. Oh! And "expensive" is based on my definition, not compared to the going rate (?).
They have their own Facebook page. If you leave your email addy at checkin, they'll use it to locate you and ask you to friend them. Not saying it's a bad or good thing. Just a fact.
I must say that there was more waiting than I'm used to. If you're a very busy person, you might want to keep plan for this visit. But, I didn't speak up, so I might have been given more grease if I had squeaked a bit. I'm sayin', this was the only real "downside" I saw, and even it isn't much.
I'm a hard reviewer. If/when I get ticked or disappointed, I don't keep it a secret.

Provided by YP.comHi. I am reviewing from the perspective of being a previous employee, and was employed there for 2 months as a kennel attendant. This place does not respect their employees or above all the care they give their patients. I would never recommend this place. Dogs have died on the surgery table at the fault of the DVM and they joke about it. One doctor in particular calls his co workers dumb asses to his clients on the phone. Did you know the boarding dogs are let out twice, and fed only once on Sundays or any holiday! On a rue-tine bases your dog would be in 13-15 hours over night before it would be let out to urinate/defecate. You ever wonder why all the old staff is no longer there? They all quit, including I. No one was fired.
