Provided by YP.comI am out of state and come to Chesapeake, Virgina about once a year. I have been going to El Loro for probably 15 years and have always liked their food but tonight I have to say it was not very good. Service was great and prices aren't bad but I have to say, the food wasn't that flavorful. iIt reminded me a lot of microwave style freezer Mexican food. I doubt I will be back. Not at all like the El Loro that I remember.
