Had a tool box shipped from this facility for a overseas contracting job. Scouted the place out the day before with a few questions I had about the process. At that time the office personnel assured me that they would have a banding machine to secure my tool box to a pallet (that I had to supply). The next day when I arrived with the tool box, low-and-behold if they said that they did not have a banding machine. After having to argue that I was told the day before that they did they finally produced one. Bottom line........if you are having something shipped that requires it being banded to a pallet from this facility don't let them tell you they don't provide that service.
