After seeing an orthopedist, needed crutches on 9/12/16. The doctor called in the order, but after not hearing from them, I called the doctors office who called this company many times. In frustration, they finally gave me the number to call. I called for 2 weeks leaving messages. I finally talked to someone who said the delivery person would call me to schedule a time to deliver. No call ever came. Called several more times, with more commitments to deliver. Finally went to thrift store and purchased for $7 a pair of crutches. I received a call from this company to set up delivery of crutches on 11/9/16, almost 2 months later. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

My initial experience with this company was good. However,once I signed on with them, I started to have problems. I have been left high and dry,so to speak. I arranged for a portable o2 machine 3 weeks ahead of time,only to be told at that date of expected delivery,they had none. I had to change my travel plans at the last minute,i.e. In addition,the communication on their part is horrible. I asked to speak to the owner/ supervisor/ manager; Dave. He never returned my calls. It is a horrible lifestyle depending on oxygen,when you add uncompassionate and poor service to the mix that only adds to the stress you are experiencing .I am in the process of looking for another company.
