I have confidence that Mr. Young and First Team treat us fairly. No question Mr. Young looks out for us. I would remiss in my review of First Team if I didn't mention the Service Department as well. Ms. Diane Johnson is friendly and efficient when handling all service requests for our Honda vehicles. Her various specials save us money too. Provided by SuperpagesEveryone I've dealt with at First Team Honda is a Class Act! I bought a new 2011 Accord and the transaction couldn't have been any smoother if they tried. No 4 hour haggling, no nonsense, just straightforward ethics and a friendly atmosphere.

Provided by SuperpagesService Center experience was shameful. We were quoted a reasonable ammount to replace our vehicle timing belt on our 2003 Pilot. They they said we needed 2 new motor mounts and new brake pads+resurfacing, bringing the total cost to about a grand more than the original quote. I foolishly agreed to the extra service. When I got the vehicle back the oil dipstick tube was not reattached (flopping around and interfering with drive belts) and several cover clips were not reattached. A very sloppy job for a very large sum of money. So I had to bering the vehicle back for the day. The service manager actually claimed that the bolt securing the dipstick tube fell out on its own so they glued it back in place using LockTite. I would have been fine with them apologizing for the poor quality of the job, but saying the bolt fell out on its own?? Be very careful when dealing with this service center.

Provided by SuperpagesMy wife and I were looking for a car, it had been ten years since she had a new one. We decided on a Honda and the sales person was not pushy and gave us honest answers. The staff was polite and helpful. Service department is clean, efficient and courteous. Will definitely buy my next car there and hopefully the same salesman will still be there.

Provided by SuperpagesPurchased my first car at first team mazda on greenbriar... they overcharged me however I was young and didnt know any better, but they did give me a car that helped me start my life. Great service center however the wait is EXTEMELY long at times.
