They came and cleaned my carpets and were done in about 30 mins , to clean 3 rooms. That should have been my first red flag. Not even two hours later the stains popped back up and some new ones I have never seen. Called the manager and be told me he would call me the following week to let me know when they will come back to re-clean and I have not heard one word from them. I will never recommend them to anyone. And I will be sure to report them to the BBB !!

Worthless. After 5 days of trying to get them to answer their phone, they schedule an appointment just to not show up. Close your doors and stop wasting people's time.

When I made my appointment they had no problem answering the phone.. Today I schedule my appointment at 10am no call and no one showed up.. waited for someone for almost 2 hours. Around 12:5pm someone called letting me know they were coming. He came and said he was going to throw in the stairs for free. I purchased a 4 bedroom groupon and he only clean 3 rooms and he didn't get the spots out of the floor. I was already aware of me having to pay extra for spots and hallways, and stairs so you would think he would have done the job!! Guess they don't want business cause I know they lost me I will never use them or tell anyone I know to use them.. To top is off I needed my apartment cleaned before my finally walk through and they left me in a bind where I am not able to get anyone to clean it before then

I should have read the reviews, they did a half a** job. The guy was like he had some else to be. When I ask if he could go over so area he seem to get an attitude. Then he clean the his machine and left it in the driveway. I have tried calling but no one has call back. I will never use them to clean anything again. A waste of money.

Do not use this business, they disrespect a fallen hero by a minor traffic in inconvenience. Someone of this moral tact should not own or operate a business. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM

This guy is the absolute best. Great service. Awesome attitude. Ignore the haters. It has nothing to do with his business and everything to do with their lack of maturity. The guy does a great job.

So far I've been extremely disappointed. I had an appointment today between 2-4pm. I called at 3:45pm to ask if they were still coming. They said no, they HAD been in the area but had left. Apparently I had not answered my phone. I had zero missed calls and zero voice mails. I even checked online through TMobile to check for any missed incoming calls. Nothing. They even said, "make sure to answer your phone this time"!!! Unbelievable.

I didn't have the best hopes based on a previous experience with a large national company, but this guy came recommended so I tried it and I'm glad I did. Had 3 rooms that looked bad as we have a small child and a couple dogs. I was debating just getting new carpet, but this was a much easier way to go. Also feels good to support local biz vs the chains and his price was just as good if not better. I will definitely be adding him to my rotation of handymen for the house.
