Customer service is really bad. I bought a Groupon for a hitting league they are no longer offering and Grand Slam 2 will not refund my money. I was told I could use the amount of my Groupon in their store but I am not interested in purchasing any equipment. I either want the service I paid for or a refund. I called three times and left messages with Madison and have been told each time someone will call me back. It has never happened. Beware of this shady company.
