JIM WAS ABLE TO GET THE VEHICLE MY FAMILY NEEDED WITH FAVORABLE TERMS. HE NOT ONLY LET ME KNOW THAT HE COULD HELP ME, BUT HE MADE GOOD ON THE PROMISE WHICH IS ALL I WANTED OUT OF OUR PURCHASE.

Jay was a very nice and helpful dealer. He got everything done in a timely matter and we really appreciate all he and everyone else has done for us!

It was a great experience buying a vehicle from Great Bridge Auto Sales. the sales personnel and office workers were very courteous and made my buying experience a memorable one especially Mr. Ryan. I'll surely do business with the company should the should the opportunity arise.

Coming to Great Bridge Auto, we were greeted like we were friends coming over to hang out. They have a great atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. CJ,our salesman, was straight forward and with a non aggressive approach. Brian got us in out quickly and simplified the process. We really enjoyed our experience.

I was very surprised at the service I received here at Great Bridge Auto. Jay Sawyer was very straight up with me about everything, all the cars aspects, rates, everything I needed to know and even more than I thought I needed to know. They're the most trustworthy people I've met in awhile and I'm so thankful to have found this place. I'll definitely do business here again when the time is right!

BEWARE!!

I live in NC so i was skeptical about buying a long distance vehicle. Salesman lied from the beginning. The warranty they offer is not what you think it is and their mechanics do horrible work. They wont disclose what all they had to do to the vehicle. I learned that the hard way.

I owned my truck for a total of 4 hours driving back before it started having problems. They continually told me that taking it to the dealership would be just a waste of money an that they were just going to take advantage of me.

Heres the ironic part..

I took it to the dealership instead of taking it to their sub par mechanic on my dime.

Dealership found the motor to be shot an they didnt charge me a dime! They are working with the warranty company as of now for free to get back what i am owed. I have receipts for it all. (where they didn't charge me anything) BBB complaint was filed.

I can't thank Jay and Brian enough at Great Bridge Auto!! They made the whole experience stress free and I left with a great car and affordable payment. I will definitely buy my next car from these gentlemen again!

We saw the car on Car Gurus. We called in to ask if the car was still available they were very polite and answered all of our questions. We went in Ryan took very good care of us. All of the team at Great Bride Auto Sale we GREAT!!!
