Dr. Klemm is, hands down, the best vet we've ever used. He has cared for our three cats for years and has always provided quality care with compassion and humor. Even our "scaredy cat" Lightning calms down when Dr. Klemm comes into the room. If ever a man was born to be a vet, it is Dr. Klemm.

I have been taking all of my dogs to Dr.Klemm for over 7 years now and the care at his hospital does not compare with any other I have previously taken my dogs to. Dr. Klemm has alway been extremely patient with my dogs and even gets on the floor with them to examine them to help make going to the vet a less stressful experience. His practice seems to have gotten more busy over the past few years and sometimes there is a bit of a wait to see him, however, it is worth it. On 2 occasions there have been emergencies that have come in while I was waiting for my dogs appointment and of course they were seen immediately which made the wait longer than usual but I would expect the same treatment if one of my babies had an emergency situation. I have made some great professional relationships with a few of his staff and always feel at home when I need to take one of my guys to Hickory Vet. I trust Dr. Klemm with my doggies care 100%

Don't go to this vet!! They gave my 16 year old cat Metacam, a drug for dogs, after dental surgery and failed to tell us. They also overdosed him with it. When we thought he was going through renal failure and called to discuss this with them, they acted like we were idiots, told us not to read things online and insisted this wasn't possible. We took him in for blood testing and he was, of course, going through renal failure as we had thought. It took 4 nights at an emergency vet to save him and countless trips to a new vet after to give him Sub-Q fluids. It has been almost two years and he still isn't the same. :(

My pet has received the best care! The doctors and staff are wonderful and I wouldn't trust my pet to anyone else!
