Purchased service off of Groupon and it didn't start well. It took a week to finally get up with them to set an appointment. Fast forward Carl never showed and I called and left messages and finally left and no response. He finally got back with me 40 minutes later after our scheduled appointment. He made an excuse that they ran into issues at the previous job. I don't believe him or care because I explained to him a call or text would have been appreciated. So much for professionalism. Our appointment was set for 5pm and it was needed because we have already moved out and we're required to get the carpet clean. Now we have to spend our evening cleaning these carpets to be ready for the walk through tomorrow morning. Checking other reviews I found out this wasn't the first time someone had an issue with Carl after purchasing the Groupon. Very unprofessional and I reported him to Groupon. Do not do business with this company.
