I realy like my jack rabbit self storage at military hwy ...s/o fletcher

When I called I spoke to one of the managers and she was extremely helpful, explaining all about the different units, the free use of their truck for move-in and the security measures, including that she and her husband live on-site. When I went in the next day to sign the lease I met her husband and he was just as helpful explaining the contract and showing me around the storage lot. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know looking for storage.

I've haven't actually rented storage here (yet), but they have the best prices around for boxes or moving supplies, and they're open late. Don't even think about going to a FedEx place or a UPS place - one box, alone, is too expensive - WHA!?!? Be warned, they don't always have every size in stock, so don't leave things till the last second.

If I would have needed a moving truck they let me know all of my options and that one would have been provided plus let us know about all of your services.

A very good experience. They were helpful, friendly, well-organized and have clean - well kept units. I rented a 10x15 unit and I asked to be notified if a larger unit became available. The manager remembered and contacted me so I was able to transfer to the larger unit a week later. Thanks!

Decent price on my 5x10 space, very clean and very cared for....the entire place. It was very easy to pull up to my unit and unload..no back and forth. Very happy with my choice with jack rabbit.

These people were very pleasent to deal with. We stopped in Saturday afternoon to get information on storage and signed up for a space in 15 minutes. Place is clean and a truck is available to use (but must reserve it). Easy and quick communication. Outstanding.

We used jack rabbit storage to store some of our company files and furniture. We tried using another company, first, but jack rabbit really provided us the most number of options. We received professional treatment as well as comparable rates. Highly recommend them. We could not have been more pleased.

Very happy with the customer service! The property manager helped me choose a space that would fit all of my stuff and it wasn't too expensive. Specials are offered when I moved in and a company truck is available to use as well. The best part is the pull up and unload feature (I have an outside door unit....makes it easy coming from an apartment!). Thanks so much. I will definitely use jack rabbit storage in the future.

The manager at jack rabbit was very helpful. She explained the different rates per size unit and offered a special move-in price for the first month (no hidden fees). The place was very clean, offered us a box moving truck to use if needed. Security is on patrol on the grounds and the manager lives on the grounds. So far, everything is good...we're very pleased.

I've stored with jack rabbit at this location and at the location on providence road. Both locations had professional customer service (helpful and friendly). I didn't have any problems with the units (a little dust but that was expected after a year). A dumpster is on site to dump some of the older things that I wanted to get rid of..so that was nice. Also, they have a truck to use on move in with a rental space. Both times I have had much success with this company and I'd recommend them.

I recently stored with Jack Rabbit Military Hwy while I hit a rough patch. I hate moving and they helped me by allowing me to use their rental truck to move in. I also enjoyed coming in to make my payment Mary and Chuck are always awesome to visit with. I plan on telling all my friends and family to store with you when they need storage.
