Provided by YP.comThe service was terrible went to Jimmy John's on Thursday 9 Feb.2016 around 5.00 pm. Planned on ordering 2 JJ GARGANTUAN, asked the server to substitute a piece of Ham for the Roast Beef. I was told no we can't do that she then got the manager to speak to me and he told me they could not do that unless I paid a $2.00 up charge. this is ridiculous as Ham is most likely less expensive than the Roast Beef. So for the cost of a piece of Ham they lost about an $18.00 sale including tax. Real smart ! Now they have lost a weekly customer.
