I've used knights mechanical service for all my HVAC service and work this company has replaced several systems for me and my friends. They did an excellent job every time with utmost professionalism. I recommend them for all ur HVAC work.

Chris has installed multiple units for me over the past 5 years. He has always done a great job I have recommend him to others and will continue to do so. He has always been very professional

Chris installed a new heat pump with air handler almost two month's ago, Clean professional looking install and done before dinner, so far system run's great. Very courteous and professional from day 1, I would Definitely recommend this company

We were pleased with the price of replacing our old HVAC system. The gentlemen that showed up were polite and professional. They did a wonderful job with the install. They even went out and bought us some air filters for the new system because we didn't have any. They also called several days after the install to make sure the new system was working for us. 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Was referred by a friend, he responded quickly, gave me a good quote, in comparison to a major corporation (who by the way...couldnt fit me in: right away and over-quote). Chris understood I wasn't in the state, we made arrangements; my parents were visiting (no AC on hottest days in Va!)... a full installation of HVAC, handler, duct work... removal in one day! We have used this company for serveral years. Always available, on time and they do a great job and are very reasonable and honest.

I was referred to this company by a freind, who was referred by a friend. When I called I got the actual owner, who would be doing the work. He was very pleasant and very knowledgable! I had already called 2 other companies before I learned about Knights Mechanical. The other companies were the ones I would not reccommend. Knights Mechanical came to my house, when he said he would be there, gave me a free estimate, explained to me in a way I could understand and explained things no one else even came close to probably even knowing. He and his crew showed up to my house at the exact time they said they would, had shoe covers to put on and did thier job in good time. They were in and out, no hassles, no HIDDEN cost. They clean up after themselves and EVEN FOLLOW UP LATER to make sure you are happy! EXCELLENT SERVICE. The price for what he did deserves more! I would give his name to anyone who needs heating and cooling anytime!!! He knows what he is doing and does awsome work at a price you can afford. A great experience with this guy! Anyone who says they wouldn't recommend this company obviously hasn't been in a 140 degree attic trying to run a business! YOU'VE GOT MY THUMBS UP KNIGHTS MECHANICAL!!! CALL THIS COMPANY, THEY TREAT YOU GREAT AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!

They never showed up to the appointment. When I called to ask where they were, his response was. "Sorry, we lost your information". No excuse. Poor business. I would never recommend such a business.

We found ourselves searching yp.com for a hvac company when we woke up and our heat wasnt working. We called 2 other reputable companies and got extremely high quotes just to come out to "diagnose" the problem. Not only that, they weren't going to be able to come for several hours. We desperately needed for someone to come out promptly as we have two small children and it was freezing outside. I called Knights Mechanical and was pleasantly surprised with the service starting with the phone call. Chris was very courteous and was on time. He even had the part we needed on hand, just from us explaining the strange noise coming from our unit. That only comes with experience! Not only that, he explanined everything he was doing and was VERY affordable. Chris, we truly appreciate you and will definitely recommend you to ALL our friends and family. Just to note, we had a not so good experience in the past with a different company. Now, after having Knight's Mechanical, my family and I could not stress enough to say how pleased we are. They were very professional to say the least. The work was kept very clean from start to finish. Chris, also, took his time to explain all of our questions in detail. And to our surprise, again, the price was very reasonable. We will call no other than Knight's Mechanical.

Professional, prompt, thorough, efficient, and friendly ... we experienced ALL of this during our recent service experience with Knight's Mechanical. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received and will DEFINITELY continue to use them for all of our service needs, as well as highly recommend them to all of our friends, family and coworkers.

Recently, we were faced with a dead heating system, after calling one of the areas largest and most talked about repair services, to our dismay it would take them "a couple of days" to get to us and then they immediately started quoting these prices that were through the roof and they had not even looked at our system. We were at a complete loss when a friend told us about Knights Mechanical Services, and how fast, professional, and inexpensively they had handled their problems when their system gave it up earlier this year. With nothing to loose and everything to gain we gave Chris a call and to our surprise he came out that same day, checked our system and had us back up and running in no time. The great big surprise was the cost, nothing even close to the big company, We were so very happy, that we had Chris check all of our systems and now we are on a schedule with Knights Mechanical Services for all of our maintenance and upkeep services. We got a really great deal on this as well. For us there is no other service company to handle our systems, we are hooked for life. Prompt, Professional, Knowledgeable, Inexpensive, A great job from a great company!
