Lee will do anything to keep your deposit. After my GF gave notice Lee came up with insane thing which needed taken care of. She agreed to let him hire a carpet cleaner, however he then ysed deposit money, without authorization, to hire maid service and lawn care. The house was spotless to begin with. He seems nice enough until the end then his true colors come out. Watch out he is a fraud!

My husband and I are currently renting a house from Lee Halyard and Associates. It was obvious to me from the moment I walked into “our house” that they take very good care of the houses that they manage. The house was very clean and in very good condition. Every time I have contacted them for any maintenance repairs, they have taken care of the repair quickly. We never want to move we love our house so much! Plus having such a great Property Manager has made this a great rental experience for us since day one. Thanks Lee! - J. Wright

Me & my mom went to rent a house from Lee and he had said it would cost x and the pet fee would be x. After collecting our application fee he then tried to raise prices. In my opinion Lee S Halyard & Associates are dishonest people running a shady business. Visit a more reputable company for your real estate needs.
