I purchased packet E1 for my grade K student. This headache is not worth the $40.00 that I paid. Problem 1: The original packet was mailed to the wrong address. Luckily, I received this before the picture retake day. Problem 2: The original packet also was missing the Class Picture. I had to call and get this sent to me. I provided them the correct address. Help desk was nice, but I should not have had to call in the first place. Problem 3: We opted for a re-take since the light was funny on her face with her glasses. So, I sent the packet with her to school as instructed by the help desk. Last week she comes home with the student ID cards with a note that states that I have to call. Really?! Anyway, I called customer service and they said nothing was on the account to print or send the re-taken pictures. They could not send me picture for 4-5 weeks! After Christmas - that was the point in buying a larger packet. I would have sent them an email, but there is no emails for lifetouch.
