Brought my dog here for groomi...

Brought my dog here for grooming and they treated her so poorly!!! My dog came home with welts on her, and I saw the manager hit her to keep her from trying to run away from her! Do not bring your animal to this store!!

Very disappointed. We had app...

Very disappointed. We had appointment at 3:30 on Monday, we arrived there only to be told that the groomer had called in (not sick, just called in) and they wanted to reschedule us for yet another appointment few days later at which point I left the store and told them I'd schedule our grooming needs elsewhere. Reminding them that maybe a phone call to all customers that had been scheduled with that particular groomer and that day would have been nice. I'm not going to this place again and would not recommended it to anyone. Plus the girl and "manager" guy were quite rude and unapologetic at all. Neither one of them said we're sorry or we apologize for your inconvenience. I suppose I'd pay some other place where at least they might show some customer service.
