I had the most wonderful experience with Piano Showcase, especially with the owner Scott Bailey. His knowledge of all music really amazed me! I could tell this is not your average store. It is very large with New and Starter Pianos. They offer lessons for just about every instrument. In the store are Electric Guitars, Violins, Mandolin, and Harmonicas. He did not rush me. He educated me on the pianos and then I made my choice. He asked where will I be placing my new Baby Grand Piano? He also came up with some suggestions for where to place it in my house to amplify the acoustics. I also added a automatic "player" so I can hear music while I host party's etc. My purchase also included helping me to program the player on my tablet. What amazing customer service. I highly recommend this store to anyone that is going to buy any kind of musical instrument or even to just take music lessons. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer. I can tell this store cares about their customers.
