This is my 2nd time getting a 3D/4D ultrasound done and I much prefer this place over the place I went in Virginia Beach for my last pregnancy. It's family owned and operated with very reasonable prices and super nice people. She took her time and tried different positions and was able to get some really great pictures and video clips

I read a few negative reviews, however wanted our own experience. This was the best experience. The tech spent 30 minutes with us was very informative. We were taken right back and the atmosphere was certainly inviting. Some reviews have mentioned the quality was not good. Ours was excellent. The baby places a part in this as well. If you are on the fence go for it. I can't wait to go back.

Our experience with Prenatal Imaging Inc / Baby Faces LLC was one of a life time. The expectations of my wife and I were far exceeded by the professionalism of this business. We were only expecting a 20 minute scan to get the gender of our baby and we left after 40 minutes of scanning with knowing we are having a boy. I have recommended Prenatal Imaging/Baby Faces LLC to all of my friends! My husband and I had an amazing experience and cannot wait to go back when I am further along in my pregnancy. All of our expectations were greatly exceeded. From the moment we made our appointment, until we walked out of the door we were treated with the utmost care. It was apparent to us that the owners love what they do for a living and take time to make the experience very special for you and your family. The ambiance is very accommodating and welcoming (large flat screen TV, seating area for family, and a beautifully decorated waiting area). All of our products were of very high quality. I had a lovely experience at Prenatal Imaging. The staff was absolutely wonderful! I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. They were just as excited about seeing my new bundle of joy as I was! He was being very stubborn and they went above and beyond to make sure I got good pictures of my baby. I will definitely come again with my next pregnancy. Thank you Prenatal Imaging for making this an experience I will never forget!

I would STRONGLY recommend to anyone that you do NOT go to Prenatal Imaging in Chesapeake!!

Their studio is located in a strip mall, it is very impersonal, kind of dated and old looking. They barely acknowledge you. They were running about 1 hour behind!! When you do get to finally go into the scanning room it has the strangest configuration I have ever seen. The couch is at a 90 degree angle to the TV which means that anyone coming with you has to look to their acute left to even see the TV.

I did not get what I paid for. I scheduled a 20 minute scan and only got about 12 minutes. I know this because I actually looked at my watch at the beginning and ending of the session. I guess she was trying to make up time for running so behind. I felt very, very rushed.

The quality of the images on the CD were very, very poor. You couldn't even make out any detail of the face. It was all blurry, like it wasn't in focus. The DVD that I got was basically a recording of nothing, just the sonographer moving the probe from place to place trying to get a decent image.

I feel very cheated and will NEVER go back to this place! I have heard that they are under new ownership. I don't know how it was with the previous owner...but the people working there now are HORRIBLE and UNSKILLED!!!
