Mike and his team have built two machines for me and they have performed flawlessly. A minor problem occurred and service was a snap!

After 5 days in the shop for "blue screen of death," computer not ready even though I was called that the unit was repaired. Cover had not even been removed as the interior components were covered with dust and not disturbed. Was told repeatedly that the unit was repaired and running well, but it could not even load the updates that were scheduled. After 3 hours of it running "Stage 3 of 3: 0% installed," they shut it down, citing that it may take hours to update. They will address the "blue screen" issues after the updates are installed. What have they been doing for 5 days? The answer is obvious: NOTHING and would have let me walk out with a non-functioning computer and paying them for the service. UNBELIEVABLE!

These folks came to my business late one night and really pulled my rear out of the fire. Since then, I have used them for all my work including my personal stuff. I even got a laptop from them based on their recommendation. My Lenovo cost a little more, but it has been well worth it. These guys rock.

I could not be more pleased with the service and the techs! My computer was fixed quickly and returned to me in top shape! They were very patient and answered all my questions! I can recommend them highly!!
