No results for "Because of problems with leakage, I have had to try several different masks. The problem is their record keeping system. I try to order a mask I received from them and they sent the wrong mask. They claimed there was no record of the mask I was ordering, I gave them the number from a replacement part on this mask I received from them and they did they say they would swap. The manager stated I had to pick up in Chesapeake. I told them I work 6 days and would not be able to do that. I told her I would have to go to another supplier and they did not care. The people have been nice, but all it would have taken is for them to send the correct one and I would send the other back to them." I did not ask for anything, but a swap and ship the new mask. I was even willing to send the old one back. The strange thing is they do not keep records of what they give. I told her it could have been my fault to some degree, because I did not have the number when I called them, but they should have had it. I told them it was not nasal, but that is what I was sent.
