I ordered a Chocolate Mousse Cake, however, they brought me a Chocolate Cheese Cake. It was delivered. I was advised that they are not going to send a driver back out, over a piece of cake, but I could leave my job and go there. They would not refund me the amount I paid either. The manager seems to think that the two cakes are one in the same, and states she knows her cakes. I would advise you to not order from this location, they are very rude and unfriendly and misleading.

Only ever used delivery. Never will again. After delivering our dinners, they had forgotten our appetizer. It took over 2 hours and several phone calls before the appetizer arrived, cold, without the dipping sauce, and without the discount coupon the manager had mentioned I'd receive for the wait. Never again.

I got some pizza from this location and when I got home and opened it up the pizza was so hard and burnt. When I called to get my food remade they told me to come back when I got there they looked at the pizza and said what's wrong with it. I told them it was burnt and hard and they said all there pizza looked like that. They were laughing and do you want it or not they were being so rude and I asked for a refund and they said they don't give refunds and take it or leave it. This was the worst customer service I experience and will no longer spend my money at this nasty business again. This was the cheseapeke location and if I was you I would keep driving by.

I ordered two Sandwiches on May 2nd, 2016. I called the store back to complain about the Philly Steak Sandwich that arrived very soggy and fill with more peppers than Beef. I ordered extra Beef and it was very salty. I asked to speak with the Manager and was told She was not there. Okay, at that point I should of had my sandwich issue dealt with at that time. I didn't hear from anyone. I called back today and was told she would give me a credit. I asked her if she could send me another sandwich. I was told the order had to be $10.00 at least for Delivery. So she suggested Dessert. That was the credit in her eyes. When The driver got here, he said it would be I believe $13.00...are you kidding me, I am not paying for a Sandwich which I already paid for and did not receive a duplicate in the first place. This Store was the first and Last time for me.....I want my money back for a nasty disgusting Philly Steak Sandwich..........I am going to Blast them until I receive my$9.24.

I receive flyers all the time and always skeptical to try their food because the business itself doesn't appear very clean... kinda dumpy. Took a chance for something different - we wanted good Philly Cheesesteak subs. Ordered online and picked up subs in 15 minutes. I was correct as the place is pretty dumpy inside and out but the subs were really good - plenty of meat and very tasty. The ONLY disappointment is if there was cheese on it (I specifically asked for provolone), we could not find or taste it. It's a Philly CHEESEsteak sub therefore it should have plenty of visible and tasty cheese!! Will give them one more chance at some point. After reading all the reviews I see many customer service complaints but I did not experience that - they were friendly and the food was ready rather quickly.

The service is horrible the female manager is VERY NASTY, I called in to try to resolve my issue and she called me liar about an item I didn't receive, and when i called in about the missing item they told me that the item wasn't in the bag because it didn't come up yet and that they will send it to me, I waited 2 hours and called back and I spoke to the manager told her I didn't want the item anymore and I wanted my money back, she wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me....the food was brought to me cold...the service is just horrible, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Good food but don't let them forget something on your delivery order. The manager will tell you they will bring it right out to you..after an hour when no one comes back..you call to check again and the manager says there was an "emergency" and itll be right out...almost another hour goes by and you realize you were lied to. Horrible customer service! Very disappointed and will not order from them again!
