I have used this business twice. The first time was over six months ago and I wanted to buy a stamp for a letter I had in hand. He wanted to charge me over .75 cents for one stamp, because I wasn't buying a book of stamps, and he'd have to print it off the machine. I thought "you are bat s**t crazy", but told him "no, thanks." I then walked down to the Farm Fresh, in the same shopping center, and paid the .44 cents.



Yesterday, I had a piece of certified mail that needed to go out. I called and asked the gentlemen if he would be able to time stamp it for me. I explained that we had our own postage machine and that the postage was on the envelope and everything else was filled out and placed appropriately and ready for shipment. He said yes, they would time stamp it but, it wouldn't go out until today. I said no problem. My co-worker drops it and comes back with a receipt for $13.86 in charges. Mind you, this is not the first time we have sent a certified piece of mail. It is a fairly typical practice for our company. The postage on the envelope was correct. On the receipt, he not only charged us for the certified and receipt over again, but also applied a charge for a first class letter and it is actually a first class flat. This is beyond ridiculous! Thus, our company will NEVER use this place EVER again.
