I was presented the opportunity to order the newspaper during the holiday season. Before I received the paper I had to specify the weeks I want and pay upfront. Contract sign and closed right? uh no. Thinking the contract ended, to my supprise I had a new balance and was charged for the next 2 months. So when I argued my case the conversation went in a patronizing, and pompous tone toward me. Here is my comment and I hope it reaches many. No contract should be ongoing if you have to pay upfront, that in itself states the ground rules which is: if you have to pay upfront you pay for what you get.
