Used an old box and prepaid my postage online. Got to the counter and spoke to Becky. After looking over my prepaid box she noted that it was a regional box and needed another $.04. That particular day i didn't have it on me. She refused to ship it. I told her to get the super. And in the mean time i asked other customers if they had it and one gentlemen gave me the money i needed. I stated my case to the super. To no avail. I slammed my nickel on top of my box. She refused to give me my change . Only after her super informed her to give me my change she threw it at me which landed on the floor. I picked it up and gave it to the gentlemen. Ifs this what they call CUSTOMER SERVICE? Gas cost so much now that companies need to give a little in some cases to help out. I would have spent a few dollars in gas if it wasn't for the gentlemen. It was a ridiculous situation caused by this Becky. The package was paid for and arrangements could have been made so everyone was taken care of. Guess the USPS customer service ifs going down hill with the company.
