NO STARS FOR THEM. AWFUL SERVICE. Bought a dinning set and one of the chairs broke in less than 6 months. Took me almost a month to have them replace it. Dealing with them was the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. The lady that called me to set up an appointment 2 weeks from today was very disrespectful. I tried to get to her supervisor since she was so unprofessional and she just disconnected the call. Would not recommend doing business with them. Oh and very important, THEY ARE NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. they don't care or understand that my husband cant pick up his phone cause he is on duty and that I don't have any other relatives that could be at my house if im working when they finally come to replace the chair (BECAUSE THEY HAVE A VERY LIMMETED SCHEDULE FORM 10-3 ONLY FEW DAYS OF THE WEEK) so if you have a regular job from 9 to 5 and 5 days a week don't buy from them unless you do store pick up and when your furniture breaks ,you personally take it to the store.
