Just bought a 2010 ford f550 bucket truck and it has less then 500 miles on it rear end went out drive shafts and the 4wd doesn't work so I can't even gimp it home.... this place is a joke do not do business with these people they buy junk from actions and don't even look at it.... wish there was something I could do for recorse other then just writing a bad review please please watch out for these people

What a sad & damaging experience we have had with Gilbert Motor Company. Our small business purchased a a truck from them (under the understanding that it had no pre-existing conditions) - only to find out a few weeks later by our local truck shop that it in fact has a blown motor! Now our small business is out tens of thousands of dollars. Once we confronted Gilbert Motor Company with the issue, they started to dodge our calls and completely ignore us (during hours when we know they were open and available to answer the phone.) Desperately trying to reach them, and after leaving a message on their Facebook page, the owner finally called us & told us that he would be doing NOTHING to amend or correct the situation. Simply put = bad business and dishonest. Good businesses that care about their customers & integrity should own up to when they make mistakes and correct the situation to the best of their ability. Now we are stuck with a truck that we can do nothing with! I can only hope that other small businesses out there don't lose their hard-earned money to Gilbert Motor Company like we did.
