After basically being called a liar by a teenaged cashier who forgot a sandwich I paid for a manager apologized when I called the complaint line and offered me a free meal. Couple weeks later the night manager Rhonda also called me a liar and said none of her managers made the offer to me. Since Chesnee shuts down at 11pm I went to bed with no dinner and humiliated.

Food was great service is great and I got my food fast deffently going again couldn't ask for any better for just teenagers working for there first job

Very poor service. Extremely slow. It's 11-13-15 at 5:45 I have been in line over 20 minutes NOT HAPPY...ridiculous. I will say however that the morning crews are excellent. Pass this place after 4 pm..

We have visited this location several times so this review is not based on a single experience. The managers obviously could care less about customer service! It is rare if they get your order correct. The employees are too busy talking amongst themselves to give proper customer service!

The girl that got my food (at the drive thru window) and handed it to me had dirt caked under her fingernails. It was gross! I ride horses for a living and my hands aren't that dirty! Threw my food out. YUCK
