I'm from NY and was shocked at the attitude I received even after I was especially courteous to the person taking orders. They were deliberately rude on the telephone, now I remember why I moved away from the NYC area. Don't miss it! The website only carried the 1(800) number which was busy all morning. I had to look up the local number on the yellow pages only to be treated so rudely. The recipient never received the very pricey arrangement I purchased...even after I explained how important the delivery was. Chester Plant and Flowers you don't derseve the business. The owner should fire the employee taking the orders and manage her business more appropriately.



People try...another shop!
