Provided by YP.comThey have been helpful in every way. Even when I had a package go missing (thru no fault of their own) - they were on top of it for me from start to finish, until it was found. Always a smile - they know you by name... would not hesitate to recommend.

Provided by YP.comUnprofessional. I used their DHL service and the letter was returned to me because they are not paying their DHL bills. This cost me time and agrevation because it delayed the credit card getting to those in need. I had to go back to get a refund (of over $76.00 for a letter) and send it out from the Hacketstown UPS Store. They knew it wouldn't be accepted at DHL, but tried to get around it, very unprofessional. I will never use the Chester, NJ location again. Owner Don can't be relied on or trusted to pay his bills.
