Should be a better place to work. They recently got rid of the production mgr, who in his tenure, allowed employees with pitiful time and attendance to keep their jobs. In addition to this employees with incredibly low per hour build, inspect, bag and pack became the heart and soul of the production department. The leadership on second shift is inept, at best.
