If I could give no stars I would! **BEWARE when scheduling appointments here** Unfortunately one would not think to have to ask the name of the office employee when making your yearly physical appointment BUT BEWARE!! ASK and write it down. When you get to your appointment at the front desk AGAIN confirm what you are to be seen for. Normally you wouldn't need to be so vigile but at this family practice you MUST. What happened to me CAN happen to you. Basically I called for a physical appt (covered once yearly by my insurance). Didn't ask for my copay. Month later at another visit I'm told I owe from last visit because it wasn't put in as a physical but a regular visit. Complained and explained but no one including Dr. Risser cared. Basically a big sorry this happened but PAY UP. Their mistake but they want me to pay for it. Wasn't a huge bill but it's the principal. We pay enough for insurance as it is. This place is full of a bunch of theives.
