I purchased a 2013 KIA optima sx turbo last yr and I have had 3 radios installed because they do not seem to work. When I spoke to the service manager Ronald he told me my warranty was up at 36000 mi and there was nothing he could do. I asked him how can he speak about a warranty with defective parts?! Very rude, questioned me about my radio performance, not knowledgeable about the KIA brand, and unwilling to help. Needless to say thank God for KIA consumer affairs dept who gave me a new radio at no charge. I am still covered under the parts warranty for defective parts. When my radio came in, the service center didn't even call me to tell me! After a week of no radio in a fairly new vehicle, I am still driving in silence. Install appt scheduled for Monday. Picking it up and taking it to another KIA service center. I don't trust these people
