Rent out your self, having them is a waste of time. They will call you when theres a problem and ask you what to do. The point of them getting paid every month is the handle the problems, they dont have a handy man on staff or even one on call for quick jobs. They allowed someone to move in my house even after that person kids burned down the last house. Beware they are a waste of time and money and there hours sick when you are trying to do business. Do it your self or get a better company

I am the one who wrote the review back in 12/2012 saying that I checked into their license number and found no problems. I had mentioned I would review them again after a sometime working with them so here we go. I have been working with this company for almost a full year and I have been really impressed with the serves. They were able to find me a good tenant quickly and are very responsive to emails. They never seemed pushy like some post mentioned below and they seem very trustworthy. Like I said before I was nervous to work with them because of some of the bad reviews but I am glad I decided to go with this company. They are a smaller management company so it seems like they actually care about the quality of their services which is rare these days.

Since September I have rented from this company and I have been very satisfied with how they took care of our needs when we moved in. When we needed to contact them for a reason they responded promptly.

Love this company. Great people to work with! Best property management team in Chester, bar none.

My family & I have several investment properties throughout Richmond Tri-Cities & have been in this market for many many years. We switched Property Mangagement companies to River's Edge Property Management because of their professionalism, communication & getting the job done! They were recommended to us by another owner that has used their services & is extremely satisified with them & their ability to manage their properties! Our family will continue to recommend this company!!!! Don't be fooled by the other negative comments!

That's great you checked their va real estate license. Their investigation is for mortgage fraud. That won't show up under real estate license. It's the fact that they're lacking in ethics and are willing to commit fraudulent activities.

Just started working with this company because they were suggested to me by a friend who rents property. I have found them very pleasant to work with so far. Because of some of the below reviews i was a little hesitant to use them to rent my property. Until I called them and asked for the realtors license number and look them up in the VA database and there was no mention of fraud. 12/1/2012 once I have work with them longer I will come back and give a full review. Under yahoo type in DPOR and you can find the site where you can go to look up the real-estate license. Just need to call them and ask for it. They sent it to me right away.

After I moved into the home this company rented to me I had some maint. issues in need of repair. River's Edge Property Management employees were professional to coordinate appointments for us with their contractors. I will continue to recommend them based on our poisitve experience!

Tina and Kim are the Best!!! They are so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly towards others. They helped us get into our house. When we have any issues with maintance, they are quick to get things resolved. I tell people to call them when they are looking for a house. T. Songer

Terrible experience. I've never felt so rushed and pressured to rent a house. Even after I said no thank you they kept calling me three times a day for two weeks.

The representatives at this office went out their way to help our family find a home. They worked before & after their listed business hours to show us a home & sign a new lease. I would recommend this company for their customer service skills & committment to help our community!
