I had recently like last Friday went to Claire's to get the other side of my top cartridge pierced. I wanted it done in the same spot as my left ear was.. I know it wasn't going to be in the same exact spot but I expected it to at least be close. It wasn't even close it was wayyy higher an she knew it was that's why she was shaking the mirror when I was trying to look. The girl was nice but she shouldnt be piercing ears if she can't even them out right. I could have done a better job doing it myself. So the next time I get ear piercing I'm just going to go to lakeside mall.

This is only Claires I'll shop at. The employees are super friendly and helpful, the store is so meticulously clean I always find what I need, all around enjoyable shopping experience

This Claires is wonderful. They don't bombard you with questions or force you to carry their baskets. Very helpful and they know what they're doing. It is the only one I go to now.

They are the worst Claires store I have ever been too! They have no customer services. And whatever you would like to call the Management there! Does NOT know how to run a store! Completely rude! Not professional at ALL!! Needs a whole new staff!!
