The manager that runs this place is THE rudest person I've ever dealt with! Their truck broke down at 8:30 at night & didn't get repaired until 11:00 at night. We lost HOURS because their truck broke down & then they charged us an extra day!!

I wouldn't deal with these LIEING, DISHONEST, RUDE people ever again if you paid me!!

I highly recommend using Lions Den Storage. We dealt with Phil and Karla and they were great! We rented two U-Boxes for moving with a few months of storage in between. In the past when dealing with U-Haul providers they have been far from helpful if not completely incompetent and rude. The Lions Den staff is not like a typical U-Haul provider! For example, instead of giving us a hard time about our trailer hook-ups not working properly Phil helped us figure out it was the ground wire and gave us one to use. I could go on and on about the things they did right but I won’t take up more space than I need to. We originally chose this location because they had the U-Boxes available but this is where we are going from now on when we need to rent a truck of van or whatever. Thanks Phil and Karla!
