Our family of 4 and our friends (family of 4) bought a groupon for dinner and 2 hrs of bowling...great deal for the money....food at the cantina was great, waitresses were great,,,

we bowled for less than an hour on 2 lanes, the lane to the right kept shutting off....it was shutting off for 10 mins at a time...they were attempting to fix for the second and third time, what ever they were doing was causing the left lane to start screwing up and resetting randomly for no reason....one of our kids accidentally hit the guard that came down while he was bowling a couple times.....the DBAG that works there came out and kicked us out.....i have been bowling for a long time...never seen such incompetence or poor customer service in a bowling alley ever......i will never go back to premier lanes on 23 mile in chesterfield ever....and i will make sure everybody i know avoids that crappy place as well.....0 stars

If i could, I would give this place a 0 star rating. What a JOKE! MANAGEMENT- there is none.... The lanes don't even work! Then when your done getting switched to a "new lane" they won't give refunds back. The owner saw us make a scene in his OWN BUSINESS and didn't even intervene until the end, and said my staff did the right thing, ( which was offering a voucher for free bowling) WHO WOULD WANT TO GO BACK TO A PLACE LIKE THIS, and get the same results, and horrible service!? The lady said well " it's like a used car" ? I said actually it's nothing like a used car! I paid for a service, if you CAN'T provide the service YOU offer, then I deserve my money back. Totally disappointed this place will NOT last, I promise you that.

atmosphere (pillars and all) attendee's are in for a marvelous evening out. Guiliano's draws crowds

because of their magnificant meals.

They have a waiting bar to make the time pass quickly. Tons of Italian, Greek and international meals to choose from! Their steak

is to die for! They are a little more expensive but well worth it for a memorable evening with family.
