I can not emphasize enough to you to NOT go to this retailer. They are the sleaziest sales staff I have ever dealt with. They promised I wouldn't receive a bill till after Christmas when I told them I wanted to wait to switch phone companies till after Christmas to save some money. Well I woke up a week before Christmas with my phone shut off never receiving a bill because they entered the wrong address to my account. So I was forced to pay the bill leaving half the money I saved for Christmas presents. I pay my mothers bill also so it took a large amount of my money. And on top of it when I got home I was unable to access the internet. I later found out that although they verified my phone and text coverage they opted not to tell me I has NO data coverage where I lived. These people are terrible do not deal with them. Go elsewhere.
