Waited for seating which we never got and finally sat ourselves. Appetizer wasn't brought out. Forgot to bring another order. 1:30 pm on a week day. No excuse.

Screwed up my order and then wouldn't help me. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Checked out the new Buffalo Wild Wings in the Chesterfield area. Drink prices were a little steep but that was to be expected. Friend and I ordered some wings and drinks. My wings seemed fine but the first two of his were very undercooked, if not raw, and sent back. Figured a manager would come over and comp his beer or at least apologize but that never happened. When paying, I had paid with a gift card and a debit card (being that my total was more than the amount on the gift card). Upon later review, I realized my card had been charged for the full amount and my gift card had not been recognized. Called and talked to a manager to resolve the issue and was told that I would get a call back from him "shorty". Now, being two days later and no call back, I again plan to call and try to resolve this issue.



TO BWW: You have an excellent area and has some serious potential for success. Focus on your customer satisfaction more instead of cutting corners to make a few cents here and there.
