I have been a student at Dong's Karate for over 8 years and just achieved a 7th star on my way to 2nd degree Black Belt. I enjoy the classes to enable me to focus on myself...me time...its all about me. So many adults are stressed to the MAX trying to balance job and family while forgetting about themselves. So many of us do so much for others that we forget about ourselves and our well being. The school enables me to quiet my mind, focus on my training and achieve milestones along the way that only I can do for myself. Grandmaster Dong has a solid system of training and he does not waiver in training all the Masters and Instructors. The training benefits all aspects of my life and is in concert the teachings of Christ. As a training assistant, I am privledged to see people from all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs achieve their goals. We are blessed to have a system that is consistent and steady in its teaching and opportunities. Thank you Grandmaster Dong, Master Doug Taylor, Master Lewis Sutton IV, Instructor Wayne Jones, and Instructor Leanna Starr for your dedication to being THE BEST MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL anywhere,.

I have traveled the world and have dabbled into a few schools in my life, I finally found one that suits me,not only are the instructors helpfull so are the fellow students, I have not met a place that was as helpful, I just have to keep motivated to go,but with a school like this it is no problem..........The Whole family will love it, best part is the workout, See you there.

Three years ago, I did a search on the internet to look for a school in my area. I had just moved to the area and I wanted an activity to help me phisically as well as mentally. I joined for a year and enjoyed it so much that I enrolled for another two years. I have now earned my black belt and joined for another three years. It has been the best decision I have ever made.
